LED Lighting Fixtures Adds Director of Intellectual Property to Management Team

LED Lighting Fixtures, Inc. (LLF) today announced that Tim O’Sullivan has been appointed Director of Intellectual Property and Business Development with LLF. Since 1990, O’Sullivan has held various positions as an Attorney specializing in intellectual property matters. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and his experience includes licensing, litigation and infringement issues and preparation and prosecution of patent applications for electrical devices in the United States and foreign countries.
Neal Hunter, LLF’s CEO, stated, “Tim adds a high level of value to our company by enhancing our team in the key area of intellectual property. He has a proven track record on defending and enforcing patent rights and we look forward to working with him to make LLF’s intellectual property portfolio one of the strongest and most protected in the industry.”
Mr. O’Sullivan holds a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and is completing a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
