LED Lighting Fixtures Announces New Commercial Opportunity for LR6 Downlight

Product to Be Installed in Friendly’s Westfield, MA Location

Morrisville, NC, May 3, 2007

LED Lighting Fixtures, Inc. (LLF) today announced that it has been chosen by the Friendly Ice Cream Corporation (Friendly’s) (AMEX:FRN) to provide six-inch LED-based downlights for the renovation and expansion of Friendly’s Westfield, MA location.  Friendly’s has over 500 company and franchise owned restaurants serving the eastern United States. The Westfield, MA location is the first restaurant to use the latest energy efficient and “green” design elements to minimize energy consumption while improving the overall customer experience. Friendly’s chose LLF’s LR6 downlights to reduce ongoing operating costs for electricity and maintenance since the product has a lifetime which is significantly longer than incandescent or fluorescent lights.

LLF is currently accepting orders for its LR6 six-inch LED-based downlight product through its distribution network and expects its first shipment to customers in June.
