The DR stands for "Deep Recess". LR6-DR650 builds upon the technological breakthroughs of the original LR6 and provides an enhanced aperture appearance. The clean, white flange spans about an inch deeper into the fixture, helping to further shield the light source and reduce unwanted glare.
Designed for use with the H6-GU24, 6" Architectural Housing, the LR6-DR650 can also easily retrofit into existing 6" housings. The LR6-DR650 provides higher efficacy and longer life than Compact Fluorescent Lamps with the beautiful light quality that you would expect from an incandescent.
